Ok, so tonight's progress was finishing up the wiring racks which house the valves, check valves, air pumps, and the tubing that will serve the drink.
That leaves:
- running the tubes to from the valve to the drink.
- Mount the Co2 manifolds.
- Mount the additional Co2 regulator.
- Run Co2 lines from manifolds to drinks.
- Create faucet for drinks (1 inch for 12 tubes, thinking maybe 2 1/2" or 3/4" that merge into a 1")
- Mount Relay boards
- Mount a power strip
- Slightly tweak the current power layout scheme to fit 6 on each side.
- Run eletrical wiring
- Test wiring layout
- Do a wet run test
- Deconstruct it
- Ship to Maker's Faire
2 fully mounted racks, pumps and valves

Locked and stocked

Tubes run for the valves, wires and entry tubes are only what is left

Looking better than what I thought.
